So, I wanted to give an update on how my book process was going. I had sent in my book for review the second week of May, and then when I got my suggested edits, I went out of town on my honeymoon to Japan (which you can read all about in my blog post).
While on the long flight to and fro, I was reading a book that my good friend Brittany gave me for my birthday called "What's Your Story? A Young Person's Guide to Writing Fiction" by Marion Dane Bauer. (Look at my blog for the book review on this coming up) And this book gave me some great ideas that I wanted to add and subtract. So after I got back, made those edits, I have finally sent it back! So hopefully I will get the green light, so I can receive the draft copy!
